Competence management includes recruitment,
training and refresher courses of our staff.
|We screen almost 1,200 candidates each year on technical knowledge, languages, willingness to learn, communication skills and work attitude. To improve their competences, we have founded the JFS Academy. In our in-house training centre our coaches and experts take care of the best training and bring everyone up to speed with the most recent technical development. This enables us to rapidly train extra people or refresh the skills of our employees whenever extra capacity is needed.|
Motivation and monitoring of quality and
performance are inseparable at JFS:
